Our monitoring is picking up a few alerts affecting the WebAddress infrastructure.  We are investigating and will resolve the issue.

Update at 10:01 NZST: A key database server was unavailable.  Tracked down to a disk space issue.  Added space and restarted it OK.  Will be following up internally to identify why and to see if our disk space alerting needs changing.

Some customers are currently reporting issues accessing their websites and/or emails.

FYI if you need to reset your mailbox password that can be done at https://webaddress.host/cp/mailboxes.jsp
