As part of our regular network upgrade cycle, we will perform firmware upgrade on our core routers. This work involves a reboot of the device.

Maintenance Window:
Start: 9 November 2026, 19:00 NZDT
End: 9 November 2026, 23:00 NZDT

Impact:
There is no downtime expected, as our redundant network design will maintain service continuity. However, customers may observe path changes as routing adjusts during the update process.

We will provide an update once the work is complete.
