Update Mon, 6 Jul 2026 18:57 am UTC: We are starting on this work and expect downtime to begin shortly We are continuing to monitor systems to make sure we do not have any issues. What is Happening? The storage controller for our mail cluster has reported loss of storage redundancy. Following vendor troubleshooting guidelines, we have determined we may need to take it offline to restore full redundancy. To reduce the impact of maintenance by our vendor, we are proactively switching to our backup storage controller. When is it Happening? Date: Tonight, Monday, 6 July 2026 Impact to You No Email Access: Desktop clients, mobile apps, and webmail will be completely offline during the transition. Queued Messages: Incoming external emails will queue safely on internet gateways and deliver automatically once the backup master is live. Data Integrity: All existing emails and archives data remain fully intact and safe on the backup storage. Action Required Please save your work and close your email applications by 6:55 PM. If you experience connection issues after 7:30 PM, please restart your email application to force a reconnect to the new master server. Thank you for your cooperation while we work with our vendor to resolve this infrastructure issue. # | |
